Excellent course. Paul is a wonderful course leader and facilitator. It felt like a safe learning space with the right balance of interaction being invited but no pressure being felt. I really enjoyed today's session on building confidence and already feel more confident thanks to the tools we've discussed and practised together.
I struggled at the beginning and then it got much easier so maybe go at a slower pace for the 'range name' explanations and the $ lock explanations
The course was very well structured and was a good mix of practical and theory.
A really useful course with lots of handy hints and tips. It was good to have an expert helping to guide me round the tabs on outlook - it made me realise how many functions I don't currently use like rules and quick steps that could speed things up for me.
Fantastic, knowledgeable facilitator Would love some additional reading materials to take away/flick through while waiting for others to complete tasks
Paul was an amazing facilitator, went over the managerial course in detail in which has given me a different perspective on manages and how I can change the way in which I can come across
