Really interesting and informative day, good use of breakout rooms for group discussion and personal experience discussions

Well structured and delivered in a timely way - enough time to do tasks, read information and have useful and relevant converations. I really enjoyed it and look forward to the next session.

Enjoyable and very informative.

Paul lead the session at a great pace and added breaks where needed. Despite the course taking a good few hours, it managed to keep engaging throughout. The group working was well done and the tasks were clearly explained when being put into breakout room activities.

perhaps this will be covered more on the course, but more theory about leadership, maybe even direct instruction on how to do things well would be appreciated - my own reflections on things may only get me so far!

I understand a lot of things:_ The session 1_6 like communication, feeling like imposter, we discussed on motto, our current leve and wish. I understand about competence-result, character and I understand on the behaviour working with trust and not trusted people.
