It was quite a lot of coaching / participant answers and whilst there were some 'frameworks' shared, I feel there could have been more 'knowledge transfer' from the provider to the participants.

Really good trainer in Daphne - explained things clearly and was gentle in responding to queries. Made me feel at ease as a technophobe - instilled confidence. Thank you!

Really enjoyed the course, more than I thought I would. I thought we were a good group and worked well together. I also thought 8 particioants was a good number. Anymore, and I think I would easily have got left behind.

Overall the course was great, very interactive and small group which made it more intimate and not as intimidating if you hadn't quite got something and had to ask to go over things again. Learning about functions I wasn't aware of will be useful and also things like using the whiteboard which I knew about but hadn't used before. Break out rooms might be easier to use now.

Materials suggested no pre-reading. I wished I had so I would have polished up on excel and would have set up with 2 screens for the day.

A lot to take in in one day! Some of us have used AI more than others, and there was a big element of needing to catch up for me
