Thought the course and Darren were really helpful in new tips and tricks as well as understanding the overarching basics of Microsoft 365

The course was good. I would have liked some training notes to take away to refer back to. There was a lot of doing (which was great) but no time to take notes. Although it wasn't terribly long, it felt quite intensive.

1. We had very little training on SharePoint when it was first implemented for the organisation. It now seems as though we have not been using it properly. I would like us to be able to use SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams to their full capability but it feels like we can't do that yet. We might require further training then. 2. The part about Teams was very confusing. I realise that it was a bit rushed at the end. 3. I am concerned about not having a private space on OneDrive. There might be occasions when a staff member needs to write private notes. One example is prepping for a meeting with a manager or HR, and so it now seems prudent for the staff member not to put them on OneDrive, but to keep written notes or write them on a private laptop. Another example is where a line manager has written notes when a staff member has confided personal issues. 4. I asked a question at the beginning about how time consuming it is to use one of the C&E templates because they are Word but with a graphics border. We were going to come back to my question, but didn't.
