I enjoyed the training and found the trainer engaging and knowledgeable. The morning session in particular was useful. The section on different styles (red, green, blue, yellow etc) was less useful as there was little practical advice on how best to structure meetings and workshops to accommodate these styles. I think the time would have been better spent exploring facilitation techniques rather than understanding the underlying psychology.

Paul is great. I love how he lead the course. He involved everybody and really made sure everyone was listened to.

The course was really well run, with a lot of interaction and engagement with other participants. It was great to hear what other people struggle with, to know that most people have the same issues.

Useful, well paced course delivered by friendly and knowledgeable instructor.

I learnt a it more than I knew before had a better understanding will sink in once I start using more

The training was good , I definitely learnt more about the software and gained shortcuts within the software. Following this , I have learnt the importance of using "$" and making sure the figures is correct

I think the structure of the course is well formed, I felt that we all communicated well and were kept involved with the topic and very much part of the group. The pre-work was sometimes a lot to properly take in and feel that this could have been built into the course to allow time to really understand and reflect on the subject content. Working in a busy team and working late / family time it was hard to find the time to complete it. Maybe have a section within the day where we read/watch the pre work then discuss it in our breakout rooms.
