I am fairly confident and experienced with report writing, but the session contained useful and practical tips and an overall structure to use when thinking about content and headings. Paul was a fantastic facilitator. I was expecting the session to be fairly dry, but there were minimal PowerPoint slides, and he knew exactly how to get us to engage and contribute without it feeling forced.

I liked the course and the facilitator was good. He made us all think and question our motives and actions. It helped to consider structure when there isn't specific guidance given. However, it felt like quite a long session; I feel like 2 hours would have been a better length of time.
