Good pace for learning, discussion & reflection
I thought the course was very engaging and I learned loads. I appreciate the workbook and also the practise sheets so I can go back.
The course was thorough and Paul was very good at involving all participants and checking on progress. Demonstrations were clear and well-paced, with plenty opportunities for questions.
A really good session, with lots examples to use out side of the session. Lots of things to reflect on. It has made me stop and really think about how people perceive me.
Serena was an excellent trainer, making time for everyone's queries and going over complex areas again when required. The exercises were comprehensive and helped with understanding the concepts.
Great practical introduction to liberating structures - lots of chances to practice the techniques and to reflect on how to incorporate them
I like the fact that the course is open ended with lots of discussion. It does not necessarily answer the questions however it helps us reflect and get to solutions through our own thinking and rationale. It does then give you practice advice through the pre-work etc that you can put into practice straight away.
Interactive session and getting everyone to involve in discussion
It is a good training program, and we must learn and implement it in our leadership career.
