I thought it was a great introduction to the course. Michael facilitated really well times of introductions and initial activities in breakout rooms, whole group conversations and the dissemination of information. We were asked for line managers to attend, which I think there may have been some confusion over as this wasn't introduced or discussed with the line managers in attendance, until one of them mentioned it. My own LM couldn't attend as had a prior engagement, but I was pleased as felt either a shorter separate call or time with me passing on information would be a more effective use of his time.

some bits I didn't quite get such as the coffee cafe thing at the end but appreciate Brendan said we will be going through things in more detail in future sessions

I found the course very interesting so now I feel more knowledgeable about becoming a good minute taker. From a total beginners perspective, I would really recommend this course to anyone regardless of their level of minute taking.

I didn't really know what to expect but have learned a lot that will be useful for the future, it will help me to understand behaviours. The course was run at a really good pace and the facilitator made us feel comfortable to contribute and is clearly very knowledgeable. The use of technology i.e. jam boards and breakout rooms was flawless
