I really enjoyed the course! Nicky was great, she really got us all engaged and involved. I think as a new manager, having no management experience, I've been given a good understanding of what is needed to be a good leader

The course content was very informative and made me look within - i never knew about the Chimp paradox i have since bought the book watched more clips on you tube and my husband is bang into it himeself - this will be the making of a new improved me - i am most grateful
