Good content - some audio issues in the morning but was sorted out

I enjoyed the training session and Nicky was engaging throughout, without putting individuals on the spot.

The pace could have been quicker, as I already knew quite a lot of what was being said. It was a useful refresher and I learnt a few new things, so definitely worth it but I would have liked to get through a few more things, such as nested formulas.

Very thought-provoking training that will be helpful in the future.

Overall the course covered a lot of information, some of which I found helpful and stimulating. I would have preferred more practical/situational tasks. Ben was very courteous and engaged people well.

I think the facilitator Maureen is fantastic - knowledgeable, approachable, helpful, all the things you would want. My issue I guess is around the number of people on the course, it can get a little chaotic, and people are travelling at different speeds which has made me feel a little uneasy/overwhelmed.

Really good, as we are small organisation some was slightly less relevant so could have been more tailored
