Great, fun and interactive session that helped me to feel more confident and was friendly so I didn't feel overwhelmed or unable to get involved.

It was a valuable experience, led in a very energetic and empathetic way, which calmed any fears I may have had about the course being 'right for me'. The coaching skills echoed with much of the Listening training I have done in the past, and it was brilliant to take this further in the coaching style, both for helping others in managing life-balance, and setting some goals, and feeling in control over their lives. The experience 0f actually having the safe space to reflect and speak out your inner thoughts, with the right questions 'and what else' approach is very empowering! Makes change possible!

Such a great course conducted over Zoom with loads of interaction and learning new skills. I really enjoyed it and felt that I was achieving something that I will be able to use throughout my career.

I thought everything was explained really clearly and the trainer tried to involve everyone by choosing different people to answer questions.

i knew the basics but she introduced me to other elements that will be beneficial in my role in a clear and helpful way.

Christine did an excellent job with an almost impossible task. As a team, we have found GoTo Training very frustrating and Christine was very patient, responding to our questions as best she could, given that there don't seem to be any answers to most of our challenges. As an introduction to GoTo Training, the course seemed absolutely fine, however it didn't meet my personal objectives as frankly GoTo Training lacks the functionality I need from it. Definitely not Christine or Happy Computer's fault!

I found the course very useful, and a good pace for a beginner.
