Good course & I would recommend to others

Very relaxed and informal with breaks factored-in. Friendly and a nice small group.

I found the course and the exercises very relevant to the type of work I carry out as a Programme Manager and had my expectations met. I found extra support from Micheal when I was experiencing difficulties in working in my pair and found reassurance understanding and guidance in how to make the most of the training. Enough time was allocated for questions and clarifying doubts and discussion. Illustrating cases of failed project management was very useful at the end of the course to give perspective on the scale of wasted time and resources.

Great day and engaging trainer made the day flow without feeling overwhelmed in terms of learning the various skills to support with having crucial conversations in both a work environment,/ home life
