Incredibly valuable to all roles and positions in an organisation. Whilst I don’t have direct line management responsibility I felt the course had lot of value for me in my role.

Good for the overall level of course participants. Felt I could have gone further as slightly more advanced than offers but fully achievable that this is the entry-level course

This was a great course, really interactive - The session and facilitator build in time and space to reflect and discuss. I learnt so much as part of the course - transferable skills in many contexts. The pace and content was well managed and exercised. Daphne was so friendly - the course was accessible and afforded flexibility to support individual needs
