I was impressed with my first visit to Happy Ltd attending the Level 2 Excel course and completing level 3 was just as good

Helpful, relevant, inspiring

Serena was very patient and a great tutor overall.

Good course. Felt there was space to learn more and was slow at some points for an 'Advanced' level course.

Very relaxed training environment, which I think helped with the learning experience. Course was well structured and went into the "why" more than the "how".

very happy with tutor and course delivery style lot of course content for one day but happy with what we covered, could possible do a 2 day course or further options to be emailed to us following this course one more hour would have been better

The day was good and informative. At times some of the material seemed too set i.e. too black and white ans I am nots ure this is the case in terms of emotions and preformance. More evidence on this would be helpful. First slides on the first film, staff engaement and mortality was reallu useful, I hadnt seen that before.

Lunch was suprisingly good.

Lunch was cold but was happy with the trainer and the trainer was excellent.

Very helpful and definitely relevant to help me to be more productive at work
