I do think that there should be examples of reports to look at to help to define different structure and gage different styles of writing.

Good course focusing on the details of what i already know and gave me confidence in how i am writing reports.

Good course although many times the group discussion over ran and went off topic which meant not all the topics were not covered.

I thought today was great - I would have just liked a bit more time spent on more challenging conversations and what to do if not everything immediately works or goes to plan

I enjoyed the session, both the content of the course and meeting members of the team I haven't met previously. It was good to hear the views, experiences and passion of colleagues across the branch.

Really great course and overall engagement.

Good training course - for beginners

Actually really hard to do the role-playing! But definitely felt more engaged with the course as a result and got more out of it than just listening to someone talking at us for 2 hours would have...

Good course, everyone using the same version would have been better
