excellent course, was a relaxed and fun atmosphere. very useful techniques to use for future crucial conversations. some affirmations and really helped with my previous experiences

The trainer (Gill) was excellent and went at a good pace. I felt comfortable asking for clarification or if I needed something explaining again.

Daphne was very knowledgeable and helpful and made sure no one was left behind and involved everyone in the session. I felt the course content and pace was not as advanced as I had hoped but nevertheless I enjoyed the session. Thank you Daphne and Happy!
