Very comprehensive, I liked working along

Darren was really engaging. It can be hard to keep concentration for the whole session but there was nice breaks implemented in.,

I felt the course was good, providing some useful advice and strategies to try to implement in my own management approach. The balance between theory and practice was good, with role-playing and discussion allowing us to practice some of the ideas presented.

The only issues were technical, but Sarah was good at dealing with them.

I thought it was a great start. Sarah in excellent and really made it feel much more manageable and helped bring some perspective and calm to something that could easily have felt very overwhelming.

The tutor is very knowledgeable, the course could break down into for details in relation to Functions. How to use IF, And, Or logical functions.

Highlight interactive and engaging. Huge thanks to Dez and the team.
