really useful course. learned some things which i can put into practice to improve my management style. A good opportunity to self reflect.

Really well organised and engaging, always a lot to take away from the sessions. Virtually due to the pandemic seems to be my preferred delivery method.

It is quite difficult attending training on-line, but the pace, the style of delivery, the availability of materials, etc, was all excellent.
