I have never done any specific customer training before and it was useful to get a real insight in to what we should and should not be doing

Thought Nicky presented the course really well, I liked mixing with different colleagues who I wouldn't necessarily meet in my day to day. The breakout rooms broke the session up, felt like it could've been a longer session but it was good varied topics for the 2 hours.

Every member of the team was asked to participate and those who could, shared screens, which allowed us to share ideas relevant to our organisation. This also meant that we could practise some of the tips and tricks on our own system.
