This was a very new topic for me and I find it very useful for me. The facilitation skill was excellent. All the participants actively participated in this training. The training material was also very significant.

As ever, I love learning with Henry. He is such a sunny, happy and genuine facilitator that I always feel positive when I'm on a course with him. The interaction with other delegates was fast and focused, but long enough to talk and engage. The strategies Henry suggested are all very doable, and I love that you can make a difference just by doing one or two of them, even if not all of them resonate for you. I feel much more focused on my priorities and much more confident about reducing the backlog and managing things more effectively in future.
