Didn't know what to expect from on-line training. Great that it was broken down into 3 x 1.5 hour sessions which was long enough but not too long and allowed us to 'refresh' just at the right moment. Pace was great, not too fast nor too slow. Trainer was interactive with things such as sharing the screen when we got 'stuck' but didn't make us feel 'silly' if we didn't understand what was being said. Learnt lots from today's session and can't wait to put into practice what we were taught today.

The course is extremely well structured and easy to follow and always provides ideas and thoughts on improvements that can be made as a leader

Facilitated excellently (esp. given the virtual nature)

Good induction, used methods from liberating structures really well, both as an introduction to using these and to make the session work well and be interactive

Good pace personable and friendly facilitator. Liked the walk through style
