I found the course really helpful and Sal was great.

The course was more basic than I originally thought but I still learnt a few thing, which pleased me, I felt, whilst the trainer (Sal) was very attenuative, pleasant, engaging and was always prepared to answer questions she engaged with her candidates a lot and she was always prepared re-show people what to do, I did feel that on occasion she lost her track a bit and on occasion corrected herself, which i could hear caused a little confusion from some candidates and me ( 1 or 2 did drop out ) I do believe though that this type of course would be better classroom presented, but I learnt some new bits so I was relatively pleased , thanks you

Great course & great tutor sometimes its hard doing training over zoom but Mike kept us engaged & was excellent

Sal was brill and very good and patient with others :)

I thought the facilitator was excellent despite the technology hitches she handled it all very well and delivered the training so everyone could get something out of it.

Went a bit too fast

This was a bit too fast for me this time (though probably my fault - I would just need a course for slower people!) I miss the bit on formatting. Sal took extra time after the end of the session to go over some points that some of us had missed though, that was very good.

Good course. Took a long time to get started, as a few people had technology issues, but these things happen.

I wasn't sure at first where the day-long session was heading but it became clearer after lunch. Some colleagues had expected it to be more nuts and bolts of managing a team - it was in fact at a higher and more general level but better for that as there was very little content that wouldn't have applied to (and been useful for) everyone in the session

Great sessions, really helpful and given me much food for thought!
