Was very easy to learn and follow

very clear instructions and great to be able to practice at the same time

Course and Trainer was very informative and useful however, it was a lot of information to absorb and process. Refresher training in the future or Q&A sessions might be useful

sometimes the pace was a little too quick - was a bit of a stuggle using a mac not a PC. sometimes felt I was asked too many questions that I didn't know the answer to and would rather just be shown on the course.

Great venue, loved the ice cream and Ben was great - engaging, right level of pushing and tell

Excellent experience and great instructor. A lot of content to digest and think it will be helpful for our team. Very nicely decorated building facilities as well.

very insightful and took the time to answer any questions. Involved us so it wasn't just us watching someone go through the motions as so many courses are.
