Christine was excellent, she was patient, inclusive, friendly and extremely competent.

Very interactive and useful information that i can use in my work.

I think the Presenter/Organiser could have attendees' screens on their desk top to check if everyone is on the right page and is able to follow presentation and participate in it (sometimes there can be technical mismatches or IT versions) - use of a pointer instead of 'do you see?' if someone did not complete a task offer guidance (Seeing attendees screen helps monitoring)participation
