Very helpful

Rachael was a great presenter and actively engaged with us on our training. It was collaborative and allowed for lots of engaging discussion and a few role play situations about giving feedback that were really useful.

Great that we were all involved, helped to learn by doing. Also wasn't patronising! Felt like a safe environment

I thought that the session was very engaging, the facilitator was both patient and encouraging . There was the right small number of people attending and the right pace too
