Really enjoyable- posed lots of reflection

Pat was very amenable dealing with learners who were not very IT savvy/confident

easy paced and very interactive

Great course, day two seemed much more practical, day 1 think was a bit less engaging because of this but still good.

Ben was an excellent facilitator, very clear and patient and introduced us to a lot of interesting ideas. Occasionally would have wanted more practical tips, especially on the first day, but equally came to understand the structure of the course and the second day was much more practical.

The venue was amazing, had everything you need. Great lunch. The trainer was great, involved everyone, made it enjoyable and made you feel comfortable answering questions.

The course is designed well and the pace is about right. The facilitator is very patient and has a pleasing personality making all the participants at ease. The content is good and logically sequenced and is practical and relevant. Participants were able to reflect upon and relate to their experiences and contexts.
