Ebe was a really great tutor. I learnt a lot and was able to apply this new knowledge to my own work. Everything was covered at my own pace and I feel like I have a good knowledge of the basic tools to use at work now. And I plan to do the more advanced courses in the future. Really really useful course.

It was a very good course that wasn't overwhelming with content and it raised issues sometime we don't really acknowledge when we're working in a fast paced environment.

I appreciate this training as i think it is about time that receptionist voices are heard and act upon. I hope we get an away day where we can interact with each other and be able to see how we can help each other as we all go through different problems. Thank you Paul for your time, you were a great teacher and you interacted with us and allow me to be myself and think about how i can do better.

One of the best courses I have done, really engaging and I didn't find myself forcing myself to concentrate or writing notes just to try and keep engaged because I was genuinely engaged and learning the whole day. Lots of activities and examples that can be used in real life scenarios so practical applicability was really good.
