Very informative session

It was very refreshing to be part of such an interactive training session. This was particularly important since the course was online. So many training courses are just being 'talked at' and endless slides. The variety of interactive methods used kept the whole group engaged throughout which is a difficult task.

Thank you so much. This has given me a basis I can work with. A lot different from the military approach I endured for 22 years.(Not used in civilian life of course).
