Nick is a fantastic trainer who tailors any training to the participants in the room at the time. He is very accommodating and knows how to get the most important points across

The session as good and Paul handled the breakout rooms not working very well, and readapted the session. There was a good mix of practical advice, which is exactly what I was hoping to get out of the session.

Having managed my team remotely for 18 months and I believe well I was reluctant to go on this course, especially for the whole day. I arrogantly thought it wouldn't teach me anything new. I am really pleased to say I was wrong and should not have been dismissive, lesson learnt and will not be thinking I know it all already. Joseph was a really great facilitator, very engaging and knowledgeable. He was excellent at drawing people's thoughts out and showing how his tips and recommendations could work for us. I have taken at least 6 key things away from the course and will be recommending it to those not already attended. Seriously Happy with Joseph and the course.
