Only good as a refresher or update. Natalie very knowledgable and friendly. A lot to put into a short session. Disappointed did not cover ventilation and have a machine to demonstrate, a lot of slides skipped over and briefly only referred to. Will certainly need to go and do further learning and research.

Great course, however for clinical nurses it was a bit pointless at times being with non health care workers.

More detailed focus on CPR/safeguarding would be good

I really enjoyed myself.

I did the full day. Unlike previous training with the H&S, I found the day less engaging. Too much slides, the drawing videos was distracting and less interacting when compared to previous sessions. Thr trainer was working to a time and schedule, which felt less interactive.

Room too small to be able to practice everything fully. Too many participants for size of room. Also was extremely warm

Room was far too small, poor trainer had no room to let everyone practice. Very poor set out which is unfair on both participants and trainer.

Terrible venue. Leak in the air vent and poor quality refreshments of held in the same place I would not rebook

Good session
