I did the full day. Unlike previous training with the H&S, I found the day less engaging. Too much slides, the drawing videos was distracting and less interacting when compared to previous sessions. Thr trainer was working to a time and schedule, which felt less interactive.

Room was far too small, poor trainer had no room to let everyone practice. Very poor set out which is unfair on both participants and trainer.

Terrible venue. Leak in the air vent and poor quality refreshments of held in the same place I would not rebook

Room too small to be able to practice everything fully. Too many participants for size of room. Also was extremely warm

I thoroughly enjoyed the whole training day. Rachel the trainer was amazing 🤩

The course too long for what need to know

Just satisfactory. Not happy with the equipments. Not much demonstration. Video was not working, so not blaming the trainer. But could have been more educational and demonstrated.

Information repetitive

This course could have been condensed into half day we had 3 tea breaks and a hour and 45 mins lunch break
