I think it would have been better if more time was spent on practical than theory.

I do think more time should have been spent on choking and BSL - I feel a lot of people that are new at it didn’t get a lot of practice. I think the course felt quite rushed. I don’t think the marketing video should be included. I felt this wasted time.

There was an awful lot of sensationalising and talking about HCAs or nurses who had gone to jail for something or another - whilst that is interesting (and terrifying) in small doses there was too much of it. I felt that some topics were really dragged out and could have been brought to an end more succinctly allowing time for other important information.

Course reading is too long too many subject areas and too many questions. Can be shorter with less questions and this is the feedbavk for all your Elearning courses.

Found it an awful lot to take in and remember it all. Most difficult module so far.

Could have been completed on line complete waste of an afternoon. Trainer gave out of date and inaccurate information regarding new guidelines around removal of bras on females and went through DRABC and only discussed calling for help after discussing these elements which is not in line with the current resus guidelines. The manual handling video on slide sheets demostrated sliding someone up the bed on a half sized sheet meaning they would have suffered sheer injury to their heels. Too much focus on irrelevant obscure information rather than focusing on delivering accurate up to date information.
