John was a great trainer but I don’t think the course is informative enough to expect people to go and train a moving and handling workshop

First part of the training was not good at all. The second part was great.

Bad CPR techniques weren’t identified or corrected. Defib not checked and demonstrated in full. Hoist not charged and therefore not demonstrated

Lots of failed equipment and way too many people on the course.

Ranjith was very enthusiastic and positive. The practical component of the course/mannequins were very helpful for training. Venue however could use improvement.

Great trainer although she was let down by the quality of equipment

Just a refresher which is what I required

It was wonderful being here

it would have been good to practice writing a MAR chart for those new to medication adminstration. as a refresher this is good.

The course is NOT very appropriate for IT Manager in Private Clinic, but my line Manager insisted I had to do the course
