The course was more NHS/ domicillary care orientated so far more detail than live-in carers in domestic settings require. Unfortunately the venue cooling /venlilation was inadequate during the afternoon on the hottest day of the year.

Brilliant trainer as always. Poor facilities. The room was too small for the amount of people and too hot. The equipment wasn’t always working well for the trainer which is unfortunate as she is excellent and full of knowledge

Interactive elements and chance to discuss things with other health professionals is really useful to me as a sole practitioner. I would like the venue to do fresh coffee and tea for the afternoon as flasks are cold by lunchtime.

Lack of set up of Tea/coffee facility Very Disappointing! A shocking Indightment of lack of interest in co-operation of the course provided
