Great introductory training. I wish there was a bit more technical skill building, but overall enjoyed the practical approach of relating it to our current work and information about project management tools we can use.

I learned a lot that I can start implementing in my day to day work.

The trainer conducted the training session very effectively. The content was clear and easy to understand. She was friendly, approachable, and addressed all questions thoroughly. Thank you very much for the excellent training.

Based purely on this one session, I would have like to have covered more. Condensing certain parts would maybe of enabled further content but I understand theres also a balancing act because of a person's ability to retain information. The morning session felt long, shorter but more regular breaks would help.
