Very helpful session and I wish we will have more opportunities like this in the future

I am less impacted than my colleagues either as an IB employee or as a manager by the changes going ahead and so the session helped me understand the difficulties experienced by my colleagues and provide some preparation should I begin to be impacted more in the future.
