Sam great again. Lots learnt. All the role play was with awkward colleagues, all really good and glad to have learned it. I wished we went through a regular review scenario as well.

Good interactive coarse, mixing up training stiles, to prevent it becoming boring

the only reason i have rated this between 3 and 4 rating is due to I felt this session would have been better face to face and for us to work through real examples as a group with Sam's input into the conversations and how we could improve our questioning technique when setting goals and actions.

Loved the session, it would be even better to do it in person i think!

I am less impacted than my colleagues either as an IB employee or as a manager by the changes going ahead and so the session helped me understand the difficulties experienced by my colleagues and provide some preparation should I begin to be impacted more in the future.
