Really interesting and helpful training!

I really enjoyed the overall experience and course. It was very interactive and its very insightful to listen to other people's approaches, experiences and areas they do project management. I've seen project management can be very challenging but it's very good to consider loads of facets before approaching it, making sure you're level headed and go in with a good plan

Thanks for the course, it made things a lot clearer. Since I joined the organization, there have been many discussions about projects that I will have to lead, but having had no experience in project management, I was quite worried about how to go about it. Having participated in this, I am a little more confident about how to go about recording and managing aspects of the project.

it would be nice to spend some time on tools for project management - to be really introduced to them so that you can get out of the course with a better idea what would work for your own needs

Karen is a great facilitator. She was attentive and I feel she picked up and remembered key points from all of us throughout the session which made me feel valued, and that she had respect for our time. She successfully built on points we raised and gave tangible examples/ideas about how we could face issues we might face.

I think the course was really helpful at getting people to think outside of the box. I for example would consider myself a nice person to work with but I recognise there are things I can improve on to contribute to the overall improvement to the culture of the company.
