Samantha was excellent — engaging, knowledgeable and able to bring the material to life with relevant, practical examples. The pace was well judged and the discussions felt genuinely useful rather than theoretical. I came away with things I can apply immediately. Highly recommended.

Great session. Learnt about new methodologies that I can put into practice in day to day work. PROVE methodology was the key takeaway for me, it’s something I can take into offer negotiations and candidate engagement as well as dealing with senior management. Also toys were a great additions.

Claire was great she kept us all ingrained. The breakout rooms worked really well.

I found the course very engaging, especially as it was virtual. It would of been great to get the chance to have done if face-to-face.

Well run for a virtual session, ideally face to face but as a mop up session for those unable to attend face to face, virtual worked.
