Soft spoken trainer, very good pace. Not overwhelming at all like some training can be!

Very safe environment to discuss definition of topic, exchange experience with colleagues, practice 'solutions'.

Well paced, with enough theory to show us what the content is grounded in alongside provided examples and examples shared from the group.
