I really liked the introduction that included use of cards to describe your reason of participation in the course. overall a good content of the course well presented

This part of the course is brilliant. It’s really opened my eyes on how I can manage difficult conversations and when I need to apply assertiveness and empathy. The importance of setting boundaries as a new manger as well.
