Very useful

Would like to have more training on managing more difficult trainees

I think that if there were videos or scenarios also brought up by the speaker that might have helped

I wouldn't have minded if it was in 2 parts on 2 days. One on patient experience and the second one managing burnout

Claire always makes the Sessions fun and easy to interact also. Great information throughout.

What stood out for me the most was understanding the negative spiralling in the presentation skills. It made me realise I have been in a complete negative spiral and may not have been as optimistic and positive as I normally am. I almost wish I had seen it sooner as it may have helped me feel more confident during the completion of this course. I now feel a lot more comfortable about completing the presentation and understand that I was placed on this course for a reason and I am grateful for that. Really and truly the course would not be the same without Claire.
