Not what I expected the course to be. Thought it was thresholds 2 for Sas training pay and sas progression

Nice to have the opportunity to discuss progression with others, however I was under the impression the session would be able moving up thresholds within the Specialty Doctor payscale rather than portfolio pathway, and the terminology used was a bit confusing. A review of the name of the session would help.

Informative and appropriate session

Steph is always fantastic and engaging. She always makes the topic and discussion very interesting. I appreciate that we get involved in the discussion and able to express our opinions and we get so encouraged!
