The time flew by. I think it helped that we were a small group so we got to know each other in the breakout activities. A good balance of listening and doing and having the role play at the end was so helpful.

I have been on a few similar courses to this previously and left them feeling as though I haven't learned much. Clare made this one very engaging and easy to follow and I'm leaving it feeling I can actually put some of the learnings I to practise straight away. Thank you
