Sam was a great trainer who was engaging and made the training sessions enjoyable and informative. I have taken a lot away from the session with regards to understanding presentation creation, flow and the 3V's.

Very reassuring that I’m not perfect and I’ve got stuff to learn. Really insightful to learn approach and ideas of every one of the course. What works for them and how they be productive. Reminds me I need to be kinder to myself and not set unrealistic expectations and goals. Emphasis on good planning to make sure I can do the important things first.

This course has given me a better understanding of the project management framework, which helps me better understand my position within the larger whole. This course has also given me a better understanding of the terminology used in my team, making it easier to follow the structures and process thinking that is in place. I am also walking away with tools to help me take some more control over my section within a project, eventually leading workstreams to a successful close.

I thought Karen was a natural presenter. As well as presenting she was also a great listener and very personable. She kept the course engaging and informative throughout without getting too bogged down in the theory. I particularly liked how she kept linking it back to our own experiences and projects to give it a real life perspective.

This course has reinforced my confidence in the risk management process that we already implement, and given clearer guidance into Project Management as a whole - very valuable course, I will be leaning on what I have learnt - especially in terms of project reporting and analysis - and also wrapping up a project, making sure to celebrate the success and review lessons learnt. I really enjoyed the training and learning more about the components of Project Management. It made me think about what I already apply to my work when it comes to Project Management. I do implement some of the planning and risk assessment and mitigation aspects, but at a novice level. This training will enable me to apply these at a higher and more robust level, which will help me in my work.
