This was not a strong session. I could have been a half hour of dynamic engagement, but rather 2.5 hours of someone talking.
Laura is very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to attend her course
The real topic of the training was Managing upwards, not recognising/managing stress or organising the workload. There was almost nothing on topic, felt like a waste of time.
I attended advanced leadership course by keele University so I was expecting it to be something different with more insight.
I had high expectations but didnot have them met, unfortunately.
