loved the trainer and content just felt a bit too long
The course very helpful but the room was very warm
It would helpful.to be split up into smaller defined sections each with clear objectives.

Well structured and engaging trainer. Mainly what I already knew but good to be reminded. Maybe could have learnt a bit more about our job roles to be able to cater examples more to our roles.
