Informative and enthusiastic even in extreme heat.
It was a good course. Ben is engaging and ran the course well. I do feel that today was very repetitive from the second day course previously done. The safe holds are very good
Today’s session was really interactive, provided an understanding of how a restraint would feel and how to complete this safely. The different restraints help put this in perspective.
Was very informative and I learnt alot on how to distract.

Really interesting but too long as it was a bit intense. Miranda was amazing. As a nurse the record keeping session was not necessary as we are already obsessed with this. Good sized group.
