I'm sure that for inexperienced/new staff, this would be a very good grounding in PBS, but for me, personally, it was too basic. I'm looking forward to the next part as I know very little about restraint techniques.

I did feel it was really long due to only having one 15 min break. I had a headache by the end of both days from staring at a screen.

Good course. Trainer good at engaging people online. I do prefer face to face training.

Am quite far removed from face to face work with customers so found some harder to relate to or think yes I can use with so and so. Principles are good though .

I learned that the practices we perform every day remain more in focus when they identified with
the correct terminology and to put this into practice .

Found second day most interesting because of subject matter. Tutors were very knowlegable.
