The course was quite informative and educative.

l found the training helpful but too long.Could do with being a little shorter .
Very interesting training, work in a group, you can learn a lot about yourself and others, how to get along in stressful situations, how to react in a positive way.
Very informative and interactive, could do with a couple more groups sessions where your up and about however really enjoyed this
