Really communicative course and the content feels it will be beneficial in my role. For instance how attitudes can affect behaviours of concern and the different techniques used to handle different people. The trainer involved everyone who was in the course, allowing everyone to be vocal and voice opinions
Response: Thank you, Jess. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to hear the course content felt relevant and beneficial, particularly in exploring how attitudes can influence behaviours of concern. It’s good to know Liam encouraged open discussion and participation throughout the session.
Less reparative than level one, room slightly small for breakaway skills and warm. Great trainer Jack thank you
Bigger room for the physical bits, otherwise great
Good trainer, interactive and inclusion. The breakaway techniques with practical training by simplifying it to barest minimum With repeated practical with everyone.
This was the first time I had been on a Sherwood RPI course, it was informative and appropriate for our services
The trainers were very good at delivering thr training and were engaging
Response: Thank you, Deborah. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to hear the trainers delivered the training in an engaging way.
The specific hold and breakaway training was done very well, it was thorough and repeated enough times. I feel confident knowing I can safely do these holds. The theory part is long and I feel some elements are repeated a lot throughout.
Really enjoyed Ben’s enthusiasm, really enjoy that there is a focus on making sure the young persons best interests are the priority. Also enjoy that there is a section on health risks. It would have been better to have the 3 days all together.
