Very detailed & informative course, was helpful to have a refresher on the arousal model. Enjoyed group discussions & hearing other people’s ideas on how to make adaptations for patients. Very knowledgeable & passionate trainer.
Jack was engaging throughout. Friendly and had a good situational awareness e.g. hot room- frequent breaks etc

Very informative and improves way of thinking
I thought the course was really good. The trainer was really good as he provoked a lot of good discussions. There were some good practical exercises. It would be useful to have them more often than 3 years.
