Effort needs to be placed on maintaining or replacing damaged, missing, or broke training aids such as the towers in the classroom. If there are activities/labs built into the curriculum, this should be adhered to. Hands on training enhances the overall understanding of material being taught, especially if we are learning how to "work" on physical systems. I personally am disappointed I will be leaving with almost the same amount of knowledge in this regard as to when I began the course. Additionally, if there is a stated standard or expectation of the students to complete specific labs, modules, lessons, or anything else, ACI needs to ensure those labs are labeled the same or even exist. There are many labs that are "mandatory" however, those titles(labs) are not any of the available labs in this course

The amount of information you try to cram into 2 weeks is crazy. you need to let this course be 4 weeks 2 hours a night with labs. That way we have time to complete everything and still have time for our family and we dont feel like we are never going to learn this. Then let us take the test before you throw us into the next one. Its too damn much and we are not robots niether are your people. Whoever is in charge quit acting like your teaching machines. We all have jobs and families and dont learn well when you try to cram all of that into our heads. ITs too much. STOP IT!!

ACI should provide more updated material that is going to help individuals when they go to find jobs in the real IT world. ACI should consider investing in their instructors. ACI should consider hiring someone to come in and vacuum and dust. Sanitize the building and bathrooms.

I learned a lot in course and pointing at learning objectives was very helpful.

Depending on how the rest of the courses go, I might not be recommending this academy to friends or colleagues.

I thought choosing to take classes in person would allow for more hands on training but this was not the case.

I love this concept as a lot of students chose ACI to get a structured learning for these Certs that can be intimidating to attempt on your own. We have come to you guys for guidance and structure as well as knowledge so that we can pass these certs. I have been trying to get the confidence for these tests as they are a beast at first glance. That being said some of us have been feeling like we have the tools but a lot of the knowledge is blasted at us so quick that its hard to retain or keep it for long before we are hit with more lectures or slides. When I saw the workshop I was excited to see something that can help me make more of the knowledge I have concrete. I want these to succeed and be great because I can see that it does give hope to a lot of us students who are drowning right now looking for help to understand and retain a lot of this knowledge. I hope that this was helpful and I look forward to trying this workshop out again.

The SkillProTV videos need to get to the point faster. The yapping in-between information is not necessary.

For future students that will come behind me, I must say that the material was horrible, but my instructor was a lifesaver.
