I suspect that all the things I struggled with in this course are because of the materials and even policies of AXELOS and not ACI Learning as much or even my instructor, Mr. Butler, who is a conscientious and caring instructor.

I feel that Security + was the most important cert for us to prepare for, I don't feel like two weeks was enough time to go through all the material. Also, super disappointed that the instructor we had for most of our learning at ACI Learning was not our instructor for what I feel was the most important week for this class, the last week of sec +. Chris still did a great job at helping us this last week but still that anxiety of switching teachers who have different styles of teaching the very last week of sec + was not what I was expecting

The amount of information that is crammed in in a very short period of time is extremely overwhelming especially for a beginner, it makes you very thankful that the ACI tests are open book but scared to take certs with out extra study for weeks. I was lead to believe that 1101 and 1102 was for a beginner but it did not feel like that was the case, to much to soon to actually get your certs

The course would have better served the students by better preparing them to take the certification. I had different expectation coming into the course. It looks like my next two classes are going to be the same -- wasted time doing lab and not knowing what the certification questions are going to look like or how to prepare for it. I think I would have been better off spending my time downloading the past certification questions and studying them instead of spending 4hours in class everyday and countless hours trying to make the lab work (virtual machine are terribly configured and too slow to by effective as a learning tool).

The overall course was good and introduced me to a number of concepts

As instructors teach the course, if they find errors in the slides, be able to submit the error to be fixed immediately. Maybe this is in place already, I didn't hear the instructor say anything about it, just seems odd there would be errors in the slides if these courses are being actively taught. Have closed book tests daily for each module we cover. The closed book can be on the honor policy, most people would honor it to ensure they are learning what was taught.

It's a great course if you have some prior knowledge, but the instructor made it much harder. Focus on doing your own study and treat the class as a refresher, not for learning new content. New content is done on your own time.

Over the time that I have known Ms. Regina, I have been consistently impressed by her professionalism, dedication, and exceptional customer service skills. Her positive attitude creates a welcoming and inviting environment for all of our students, staff, and visitors. Ms. Regina is an outstanding communicator with a talent for addressing the needs and concerns of others. She has an excellent memory and frequently remembers details about students and staff, which she uses to personalize their experiences at the school. In addition, Ms. Regina is a skilled multi-tasker who can juggle a range of tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks, all while remaining focused and efficient. Her work at the front desk is essential to the smooth operation of our school. Overall, Ms. Regina is a vital member of our team who has demonstrated a strong commitment to our school's success. Therefore, I strongly recommend that she be considered for a raise. Her contributions to our school are invaluable, and I am confident that she will continue to excel in her role.

I understand the course has time constraints. After getting the knowledge and memorization down, I recommend adding a week to the curriculum specifically for Labs.

Overall my experience with my Instructors and first 3 classes ITIL, A+ core and A+ core were very knowledgeable, as Network + and Security + are the most important certificated during this course, you should consider having a different instructor for them.
