I believe the class has great potential but between one student truly failing to grasp the concepts and the instructor being very non linear or not allowing for most to grasp on topic before moving on, there was much left to the imagination.

Please conduct a team review and correct the test material.

The instructor was amazing, I'd give him 5/5 stars any day. The information he provided was clear and concise. HOWEVER, the end-of-course test had a lot of material that was not covered by slides or course material. Out of context from course material.. from different types of tests (NOT SEC +). The instructor was very professional and helpful in topics relating to Security +. He did his job amazingly coming from the military in which my first Security + course was terrible. 10000% better this time around. I would recommend Joseph Hornsey to teach any day. There DOES needs to be a review of course material and tests. It's unacceptable to be taught one thing and have a completely different test that is required to pass to get a voucher or a pass of the class. You should be setting students AND the instructor up for success.

my rating are nothing against the school or instructor its not the best way that i learn

the first instructor did not properly instruct thru all processes of learning, i didnt even know about the test out portion until last week. he just blandly read the slides, while taken long breaks. i dont even think we ever reviewed with him. this 1101 a+ course has shaken my confidence in learning here,

This course is unbelievably powerful in pulling the mind in several directions at once.

As stated before, this course needs to be redesigned. If it was not for how practically flawless ITIL was before this, I would be demanding a refund as the amount of money I paid to take this course was not reflected in in the quality of the course that I had to go through. There was so much wrong with this course that it should probably be scrapped and replaced with something that will actually help the students. If I was a student who had issues with taking tests, my confidence would be shot, and I would be scared to proceed with the following courses and certifications.

the course is great and the teacher is great the only thing that messes with all of learning is the slides and information with in them! FIX IT!!!!

Class needs more time and slides needs to be updated. Felt classes are being ran through since they are only 2 weeks long

we need more practice tests like in itil foundations , and more breakdown for people new to IT, the instructor made up with his real world knowledge and explanations
