The network + portion of the ACI training needs a serious remake. Compared to the previous A+ quality of slides, end of module quizzes and the ACI practice test customizations that can be made, Net+ doesn't have any of it. The courses should have the same level of recourses available to the students. The slides need more visual representations, on topics that are being discussed. Without this the "class" becomes the instructor, reading word for word what's in the book. Additionally more slides need to be added overall, there was consistently too many topics on one slide or the instructor was reading terms that weren't listed on screen. Finally some slides were out of order in some models, the instructor did clarify that there was a recent update (this information should be told to students and instructors ahead of time). Each module needs short 10 to 15 quizzes like the A+ portion had present. I tried to use ACI's Practice Test in IT Pro catalog, but test was a massive 56 questions per domain section. This would be fine if shorter quizzes existed, I often found myself going to Third party tests to knowledge check myself (in house quizzes would be better). Finally net + needs at LEAST 3 to 4 weeks with the amount of information being presented. I would recommend that we change the curriculum to 5 weeks of A+, combine the career prep at AI Maci week together (or remove AI Maci week altogether), this would allow net + to be 3 weeks long which would be better suited to build a strong foundation for sec +. or add 1 week the schedule over all 11weeks is an unusual number, 12 would make more sense. I am extremely unsatisfied with the ACI program structure, for this section. Network + and its issues need to be addressed.
We have great group of people and teacher who changed my perspective on how I address test questions and test as a whole.
Instruction is very well structured and efficient with plenty of room for discussion and additional questions. The instructors are clearly well-experienced in their craft both as technicians and teachers. Overall, highly recommended.

The course was good and provided great information for Core 1 certification. However, I believe the course materials could have been organized a bit better.
