Overall ACI seems like a good course.

Overall I it was a great experience, the teacher was very understanding and gave out great information. Very informative if I could have had any instructor for this class I would have asked for Mr. Pocatko great person and overall great experience.

Overall, the program was great. The instructor, Eric, did an amazing job going into detail on topics and helping us understand the process. I do think that focusing on core 1 first and then moving on to core 2 would help many people retain information a little better and be better prepared for the 2 exams. I also recommend putting it in order from the CompTia exam objectives. I believe that focusing on one at a time makes it easier to study and learn the material better.

Some things feel a little too fast-tracked, though this may also be because A+ is incredibly loaded with a ton of content to learn. Overall though, I feel very confident in getting all 3 certifications here through ACI.

This course was filled with useful knowledge but I think it would be better taught separating Core 1 and Core 2.

Amazing program overall, I have seen success first hand with this and at this pace I will get the Net+ and Sec+ certifications promptly. I like the in class course and competing with my peers, I feel like the class environment truly pushes one to excel.

I learned a great deal under my first instructor, Mr. Dillan Villa, whose teaching style was clear, structured, and effective. During the final portion of the course (Security+), we transitioned to a different instructor whose teaching approach was significantly different. While the instructor was professional, the change in delivery made it more difficult to follow and absorb the material. Overall, the experience was positive; however, there is room for improvement in maintaining consistency in instructional quality and teaching methods throughout the course. Additionally, I want to note that the course was approximately 15 minutes short of the required time, which impacted my eligibility to receive the full BAH stipend. This is an important administrative issue that should be addressed to prevent future impact on students.

Bring back instructors that actually know the material, stop hiring incompetent people, wikipedia should NOT be the source from which questions a student asks are answered, reviews should be asked for by the class, not mandated repeats of the day before, and breaks should not account for 30% of a class period.

ACI really let me down A+ with dillan was great really learned things we get into Net+ and its legit just reading from the coursebook a straight snooze fest. and then we get into Sec+ what a nightmare how is it that our "instructor" has to google answers for questions we would ask? We were just being read to from the coursebook in the most monotone voice. If I would of known this course was going to be like this I would of never wasted my time and money! If i was just going to be read from a coursebook I could of just bought a book and paid for the certs myself and saved myself 15 thousand instead of this "class". Do not waste your time utilize Professor Messor on Youtube and look at the Comptia guidelines and you will be in way better shape than this plus not be wasting all this money for nothing!. Horrible Course inexperienced "instructor" and no real learning unless you do it all on your own.....

Me and Johnny did not get along AT ALL, However, hes a great instructor and even a better human being. Our disagreement didn't stop him from helping me and instructing me. He was fair to me even after our disagreement. He's good people and down to earth. ACI and the Tech world need more people like him.
