Overall I just think that the class should be much longer And stretch the important things out and not condense something that takes a week to learn into 1 day.

To: Mrs. Rachel E. I want to sincerely thank you for your insight and support throughout my IT career journey. Your coaching has helped me connect and see clearer how my past administrative experience with my current technical training, and you’ve given me the confidence to pursue certifications and entry‑level opportunities. I truly appreciate the time you’ve invested in helping me grow and feel at ease with this next step, the practical advice you’ve shared, and the encouragement you’ve provided along the way. Your mentorship and role modeling has made an impact on my development, and I’m grateful to have had your support as I take the next steps in building my IT career.

Great course with the war information provided and the amount of detail and also the order it was given made it more impactful when it comes to memory and actually applying what was learned.

Rachel Espinoza was a wondaful and informative instructor. Her input has helped me land an interview within the first week and am looking forward to having the opportunity to do my first interview.

I HIGHLY suggest adding a course at the beginning that starts with Computing Basics (peripherals, Windows functionality, a little Google functionality), Research 101 (how to search, what to search for, and how to verify credibility), AI Tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Google Gemini, an overview of others) and how to use AI to facilitate learning, and Troubleshooting fundamentals (what questions to ask, how to research them, how to make sure you're citing credible resources), documentation, active listening, and emotional intelligence. As this program is marketed as preparing anyone for a career in IT, even if they have no experience, the core skills I mentioned above NEED to be covered. As the program stands I see it is at high risk for earning a reputation of one of the stagnant bootcamps contributing to the IT Skills Gap.

Overall, I’d call it a solid “starter / preparation” platform — especially if you want structured guidance toward certifications and want hands-on labs. But if you want deep, highly advanced knowledge or guaranteed job placement, it’s wise to view ACI Learning as one useful tool among others (books, practice, real-world experience).
