honestly, all these monotone voices blend together and make you lose concentration. going over stuff we already know in detail. we need Tyler Harris back. i learned a lot from him and he was more interested in us becoming successful in this career field. The rest of the teachers tell us we will learn it on the job, but how do we get the job if we don't have the information. I get that Nicolas is still getting the hang of it but he has a monotone voice and sounds like he doesn't want to even be here. Tyler Harris was ecstatic everyday he had the knowledge to back up him being an instructor. Patrick is getting a little too old to teach. you need younger and intelligent instructors who don't just sit down and talk and are lazy.

In summary, I would not recommend this course to individuals seeking to gain practical experience and utilise it for job opportunities. The limited hands-on learning opportunities and the primary focus on an open-notes internal test suggest that the institution may be inflating its pass rates, potentially creating a false sense of accomplishment for marketing purposes. I strongly recommend a comprehensive revision of the in-person teaching style and methodology.

The class is 2 weeks long, but if we would have done more hands on labs and could have broke down material more. Everyone is not on the same level in the class. So its easier to teach it to lowest level and the more seasoned people in the class can help everyone else learn as well.

I enjoyed the course but had many issues with the practice test and labs not responding. So it slowed down my progression at times.

I feel this program needs instructor to explain the information as if we are new to the IT world and stay on the course at hand rather than speak on other future course because it is confusing

I will take the ITIL 4 Foundation PeopleCert exam at least by next weekend (Sat or Sun-April 19 or 20) at the AIC Learning campus (San Antonio, Texas) and pick-up with the Comp TIA courses at the beginning of June 2025.

Great learning environment, more than capable staffing, enjoyed the amenities and staffing support. To anyone that needs a fresh start in life/career. This is the place to be.

Instructors not being punctual and prepared hurts, the material not going into depth with the UNDERSTANDING of how the exam will test you is also vital. overall this program was not what I was looking for, i feel lied to just to attend this program if I'm being quite honest. even career services does not do a great job at instilling any confidence into job seeking.

This entire 11 week program needs to be doubled and there needs to be more focus on preparing for the certifications. A lot of these you cant learn enough in 2 weeks.
